• Prices are displayed in USD, but the transaction is in LKR.
• Minimum stay is two nights.
• When you book direct, you can pay for two nights and pay for the additional nights at the hotel on arrival, or pay for the whole stay at once. Either way the same cancellation rules apply.
• Cancellation is free up to 5 days before arrival, with a full refund.
• Late cancellation or no-show: no refund.
• The same cancellation rules apply to airport pickup and transfer.
• Check-in from 14:00. Check-out at 11:00.
• Shortening your stay less than 5 days before arrival: the removed nights are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• The same cancellation terms apply whether you book here, on Airbnb or on Booking.com.
